Returns

Effective: January 28, 2010

If you are not satisfied with any of the products purchased at bloomputty.com we will be happy to replace the products with another item or refund your credit card for the purchase price. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the product.

To return a product, simply follow these steps:

1. Email a return request to returns@bloomputty.com. Be sure to include the product id, date purchased, receipt number, and a brief explanation for the return.
2. Send the product in the original container along with a copy of the receipt to the address below.

Please note:

Mama Luvs, LLC will not be responsible for the costs of returning or reshipping items unless we delivered the items to you in error or if the item is faulty.

There may be a restocking fee of $3.75 for each item returned or exchanged.

Mama Luvs, LLC will not be responsible for products lost or damaged in transit.
