Mama Luvs, LLC provides domestic and international shipping.

• Shipping rates in the shopping bag reflect domestic retail online orders only.
• Domestic orders are sent USPS Priority Mail(2-3 business days delivery) or UPS Ground.
• International orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail(International).
• Mama Luvs, LLC reserves the right use an alternate form of shipping without notice.

Orders are generally processed within 24 hours Monday through Friday. While this is standard procedure we do not make any claims regarding the expeditiousness of our shipping practices.

If we have any questions about your order we will attempt to contact you at the telephone number you provided on your order.

Tracking Your Order:

Most standard shipping is done through the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail. Package tracking is unavailable with this services, but all domestic orders through bloomputty.com will include delivery confirmation. If you think there is a problem with your order, please contact us at service@bloomputty.com or (980) 875-7204.

Orders shipped using UPS do include tracking. Please contact bloomputty.com if your order was shipped UPS and would like tracking information.

Tax:

Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to addresses within North Carolina.
